Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify their vehicle needs
- Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles
- Provide assistance throughout the entire car buying process, from sales to vehicle delivery
- Ensure a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-store purchases for an exceptional customer experience
- Mentor fellow associates as your skillset and experience grow
Skills
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong listening skills and customer-focused attitude
- High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Familiarity with new technologies and strong computer skills
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience
- Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules as needed
- Living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
