Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify their vehicle needs
• Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles
• Provide assistance throughout the entire car buying process, from sales to vehicle delivery
• Ensure a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-store purchases for an exceptional customer experience
• Mentor fellow associates as your skillset and experience grow

Skills

• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong listening skills and customer-focused attitude
• High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
• Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
• Familiarity with new technologies and strong computer skills
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience
• Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules as needed
• Living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
