Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer service calls
  • Promptly address and resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate with installers, sales representatives, and order entry to resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High speed internet is a must to accommodate working remote
