- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during calls
Skills
- Must be available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM
- Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S
- Strong communication and computer navigation skills
- Must provide a quiet home office space free of distractions
- Consent to a background check is required
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
