• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during calls

Skills

• Must be available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S
• Strong communication and computer navigation skills
• Must provide a quiet home office space free of distractions
• Consent to a background check is required
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment
