Ayming Canada is part of a leading international Business Performance Consulting Group, offering a dynamic start-up spirit with global support and local expertise. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to conduct prospecting activities, engage new prospects through various outreach methods, and support pipeline growth for Business Development Managers.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential clients across multiple industries
  • Perform cold outreach via phone calls, emails and Linkedin to engage new prospects
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, business challenges and decision-making structures
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers to support pipeline growth
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and target accounts
  • Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records in the Salesforce CRM system

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record using a sales methodology to generate business lead, open doors and manage the sales cycle to contract signature
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
