[Remote] Customer Care Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iPourIt is the market leader in self-serve beer and wine technology, and they are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the beverage database.


Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–2 support via phone and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Hardware, Software, and Basic Network issues
  • Assist with maintaining our beverage database (images, descriptions, updates)
  • Document issues through our ticketing system and escalate when needed
  • Support system updates and ensure client systems stay online
  • Participate in an on-call emergency support rotation (~1 week every 5 weeks)

Skills

  • 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or strong technical background
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, Command Prompt, Subnet Masks, etc.)
  • SQL Server knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Must be 21+
  • Experience with Zendesk or RingCentral is a plus
