Telesolutions Advisors (3-month contract)

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking bilingual Telesolutions Advisors for a temporary 3-month contract. The role involves making outbound calls to gauge customer interest in insurance needs, building relationships, and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities

• Call existing and potential customers to gauge their interest in discussing their insurance needs, now or in the future, with a certified agent
• Take a persuasive approach to outbound calls to generate opportunities for business growth
• Build strong relationships with customers to transfer them to certified agents as quickly as possible
• Promote our products and services and be a loyal brand ambassador
• Build strong relationships with customers to quickly transfer them to certified agents

Skills

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French and English) required
• Must make calls and provide services to English-speaking customers on a regular basis
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Team spirit
• Ability to adapt to changes in products, services or company policies
• Dynamic and energetic
• No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada
