What You'll Do

Schedule and Availability

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:


  • Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST

  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Please note that shift schedules may change to meet business needs, so it's important that you maintain open overall availability. We do offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, providing additional compensation for your flexibility.

Training Program

When you start at Arenaflex, you won't be left to figure things out on your own. Our training program is designed to set you up for success:


  • Duration: Training typically lasts 6 weeks, though the duration may vary based on individual learning curves and business requirements.

  • Format: A combination of virtual "classroom" instruction and "on-the-job" training ensures you gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

  • Classroom Hours: Training sessions are typically held Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, including a lunch break.

  • Support: You'll have access to experienced mentors and trainers who will guide you through every step of the process.

Qualifications We're Looking For
