STEPS Behavioral Health is a dedicated ABA therapy provider supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, and administrative professionals work together to deliver compassionate, high-quality care - and we're growing!
We are currently hiring a Full-Time Intake Coordinator to join our administrative team and be the welcoming first point of contact for new client families.
What You'll Do:
As our Intake Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding new clients through the intake process. You'll ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, maintain up-to-date records, and communicate with families in a professional and supportive manner. This role works closely with our Insurance Liaison and clinical team.
Responsibilities include:

Managing new client enrollments and intake paperwork

Communicating with families regarding services and scheduling

Tracking and maintaining required documentation

Ensuring compliance with company policies

Updating internal systems with accurate client information
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree

2+ years of office or administrative experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Self-motivated and team-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience working with families or children with disabilities

Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Previous experience in client success, onboarding, or intake roles
