Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle tasks including managing payments, due dates, and account updates
• Financial Processing: Process ACH requests and provide accurate payoff quotes
• Collections: Conduct soft collections for accounts 1–45 days past due
• Negotiation: Establish and negotiate repayment plans with customers
• Research: Utilize skip tracing tools to locate and update customer information
• Performance: Maintain high efficiency within a high-volume contact center environment

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume contact center
• Ability to obtain required collections licensing (costs covered by the organization) across multiple states
• Strong skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
• Proficiency in navigating financial and customer management software
