Supplier Quality Engineer - Temporary

They are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support the USA Supplier Quality team with various activities related to supplier information, quality files, and administrative management.


Responsibilities

  • Collect supplier information and update supplier quality files (ISO certificates, questionnaires, etc.) and purchased product files (PMP, GIP, Material Qualifications)
  • Maintain the raw materials database and the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
  • Monitor supplier change notifications
  • Follow up on supplier non-conformances and monitor corrective actions
  • Participate in updating procedures, work instructions, and forms related to supplier quality
  • Update performance indicators
  • Assist in the veeva implementation project
  • Assist the team with administrative file management
  • File, sort, and archive various administrative documents
  • Plan and organize meetings/appointments

Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows office tools (Word and Excel)
  • Good written communication skills in English and French
  • Attention to detail
  • Ethics
  • Education: Bachelors in Engineering or Science
  • Work Experience: 0-2 years
  • Problem-solving methodology
