[Remote] Clinical Activation Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Parachute Health is transforming post-acute care through a leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. As the Clinical Activation Manager, you will lead a team to support the activation and adoption of the platform with clinical end users, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding experience and capturing user feedback to shape product strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 6 - 7 Facility Growth Operations Associates
  • Handle onboarding, training, performance management, and career development to ensure high employee engagement and retention
  • Recruit and onboard new team members to scale the function as the company grows
  • Develop, test, and implement playbooks for activating facility users across various care settings
  • Use HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel to track success, iterate on strategy, and build reporting systems for execution activity
  • Partner with Marketing to develop value-driven materials and refine internal workflows to drive revenue and efficiency
  • Spend 20% of your day on outbound calls to clinical partners to drive platform adoption and usage
  • Lead "roll-up-your-sleeves" demos and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each facility
  • Synthesize user feedback to highlight product pros/cons and flag insights for the Product team

Skills

  • 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations, with prior experience in People Management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience with SaaS products and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with GSuite, Excel, and Tableau, is a major plus
  • A proactive, 'hungry' startup mindset with the ability to pivot quickly
  • Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to translate complex strategy into prioritized, tactical actions
