[Remote] Client Services Representative

Brown & Joseph is seeking a Collections Client Services Representative to work with clients to resolve inquiries and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client services inquiries
• Be able to identify any problems and offer resolutions
• Read and interpret client documents
• Maintain and further develop existing client relationships
• Handle assigned group of client portfolios
• Understand and execute departmental procedures, alongside all customized client procedures
• Multitask between emails, client databases, SalesForce and excel spreadsheets

Skills

• Ability to handle a large volume of accounts daily
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
