Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xtend is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) that provides services to help credit unions better serve their members. They are hiring a Call Center Representative to assist credit union members by answering questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist members with questions and concerns
  • Use internal systems to verify information and access account details
  • Respond to chats, emails, and messages in a timely, professional way
  • Help explain account features, transactions, and card-related questions
  • Make outbound calls and follow up to ensure issues are resolved
  • Document interactions clearly and route requests to the appropriate teams

Skills

  • High school diploma or currently working toward one
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
  • A team-oriented mindset
