They are seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and manage high-value partnerships within the Turkish market to drive sustainable growth.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential strategic partners, affiliates, and business opportunities across Turkey aligned with our growth objectives
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with partners in key Turkish regions, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities within the Turkish market and build proposals that align with mutual business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to execute and optimize partnership strategies tailored to Turkey
  • Support onboarding of new partners in Turkey, ensuring a smooth and successful integration into our platform
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to maximize value and revenue within the Turkish market
  • Maintain accurate records of partnerships, communications, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Analyze Turkish market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support regional expansion strategies

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management roles
  • Fluency in English and Turkish required
  • Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Analytical thinking with a focus on long-term growth and value creation
  • Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, affiliate programs, or digital platforms is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of Turkish business culture, regulatory environment, and market dynamics
  • Additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
  • Experience working with or within the Turkish market is highly preferred
