[Remote] Business Development Representative

In this role, you’ll work directly on driving growth for the firm by generating new client opportunities and building pipeline through consistent, high-performance outbound activity.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct 300+ outbound dials per day to consistently generate qualified leads
  • Engage prospects, identify interest, and book meetings for the sales team
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets
  • As you ramp, execute outbound email outreach in addition to call activity
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect interactions
  • Consistently refine your pitch, messaging, and outreach strategies

  • Must be comfortable cold calling and open to receiving and applying feedback
