[Remote] Business Development Associate

They are seeking a Business Development Associate to support business development, client partnerships, and CRM management within the senior living and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities

• Research Life Plan Communities and senior living organizations to identify key decision-makers
• Support Culinesse’s business development pipeline and CRM management
• Coordinate client outreach, meetings, and discovery calls
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership materials
• Track leads from initial outreach through partnership discussions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Must be comfortable interacting with executives and senior leadership
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience in hospitality, senior living, consulting, sales support, or business development strongly preferred
