[Remote] Billing Specialist – Customer Service (Solventum)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Solventum is a new healthcare company dedicated to improving lives through innovative solutions. As a Billing Specialist – Customer Service, you will provide billing services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing billing services and account reconciliation support for Solventum’s customers and internal personnel
• Handling internal and external customer inquiries, claims, complaints; interpreting policies, investigating problems; and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identifying and implementing service solutions
• Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives
• Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties
• Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience
• High School Diploma/GED from AND 5 years of Billing and/or accounting experience
• Billing Experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• 2 years of PC experience, including experience Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate to resolve issues and identify process improvements
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Good interpersonal skills; effective communication and listening skills
