[Remote] Billing Specialist - Customer Service (Solventum)

They are seeking a Billing Specialist to provide billing services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing services and account reconciliation support for customers and internal personnel
• Handle internal and external customer inquiries, claims, and complaints; interpret policies and resolve issues
• Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with professional, quality, and security standards while performing assigned duties
• Act in a manner consistent with the employer's values and ethical standards

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 year of Billing and/or Accounting experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 5 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience
• Billing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• 2 years of PC experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment
• Experience in resolving conflicts effectively and taking initiative to prevent issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication and listening abilities
• Experience collaborating in a team environment to identify process improvements
