We are currently seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals with exceptional communication skills to join our team as Remote Benefits Customer Service Coordinators. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking to understand and enroll in supplemental benefits packages. Your role combines customer service excellence with sales acumen, allowing you to build lasting relationships while helping individuals and families secure their financial future.

Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Inbound and Outbound Calling: Manage a high volume of incoming calls from clients inquiring about benefits, as well as proactively reaching out to prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services. You will handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients who request our benefits information and services. You will manage your calendar efficiently to maximize client interactions while maintaining flexibility for both you and our clients.
  • Virtual Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative presentations about insurance products and benefits packages via Zoom video conferencing. You will explain complex insurance concepts in simple, understandable terms, ensuring clients fully comprehend their options.
  • Sales and Client Development: Identify opportunities to sell and upsell insurance products to both new and existing clients. You will understand each client's unique needs and recommend appropriate coverage options that provide the best value and protection.
  • Application Processing: Complete and submit applications for insurance products accurately and efficiently. You will ensure all documentation is properly completed and submitted to the underwriting team for approval.
  • Performance Tracking: Report daily numbers and metrics to track your progress and identify areas for improvement. You will maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Professional Development: Participate in optional training classes and continuing education opportunities to enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Underwriting Support: Collaborate with the underwriting team to gather any additional information or documentation required to get clients approved for coverage. You will serve as a liaison between clients and our internal teams.

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be able to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to help others and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using video conferencing platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
  • Licensing: You must obtain a Life Insurance License to sell insurance products. If you do not currently hold this license, you will be required to obtain one. Please note that license fees will apply and are the responsibility of the candidate.
