What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, handling a wide variety of customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Responding to inbound customer calls with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Effectively managing and resolving customer inquiries of varying types, from basic questions to complex issues

  • Managing and overcoming customer objections related to subscription cancellations and suspend requests

  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM systems

  • Collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

  • Staying current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
