[Remote] Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists

The role involves processing vendor invoices, scheduling payments, generating client invoices, and collaborating on financial matters within a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices promptly and accurately, matching them with approvals and supporting documentation
• Schedule and process payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks
• Generate and issue client invoices in a timely manner while monitoring incoming payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal teams on billing and financial matters, maintaining accurate financial records and reports

Skills

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior remote work experience
