Responsibilities
- Add $250K+ in committed revenue
- Maintain a 3x weighted pipeline
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation handoff
- Compete to earn and grow your territory
- Demonstrating consistent, repeatable hunting behaviors
- Following up on every marketing lead — daily
- Owning your numbers
- Managing your time with discipline
- Running clean Salesforce hygiene
- Communicating market feedback and trends
- Creating seamless transitions to implementation and account management
Skills
- Track record of over-achievement in previous roles
- Cellphone or personal device to receive MFA (multi-factor authentication) texts or calls
- Have an internet connection that's adequate for their job, a minimum of 10Mbps down
