  • Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training as required.
  • Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, request clarification, and effectively raise queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions.

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Experience working in a health or human services call center (not required but preferred)
  • Knowledge of the community to be served
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
