Regional Marketing Manager, APAC
Posted 2026-05-06FireMon is looking for a driven, self-sufficient Field Marketing Manager to own regional marketing across India and APAC. You will work hand-in-hand with our regional Sales executives to plan and execute local PR, Social, and Demand Gen campaigns, field events, partner activities, and demand generation programs that build pipeline and accelerate deals. This is a highly independent role for someone who is experienced, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment.
You will be embedded alongside the sales team — attending QBRs and key in-person events as appropriate — and expected to organize and mobilize resources to get things done without always needing to be on the ground yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Campaign Marketing
Channel & Partner Marketing
- Partner Marketing Strategy: Own and execute the regional channel partner marketing plan aligned to business priorities across India and APAC.
- Joint GTM Programs: Plan and deliver co‑marketing initiatives with key partners (e.g. VARs, SIs, distributors, and technology partners), including joint events, webinars, digital campaigns, and account‑based initiatives.
- MDF & Co‑Marketing Management: Support partner marketing investments where applicable (e.g. MDF), ensuring effective planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Partner Enablement: Work with global partner marketing and regional sales teams to localize partner messaging, sales plays, and marketing assets for APAC markets.
- Ecosystem Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales to prioritize partners, align campaigns to active opportunities, and support partner‑led pipeline acceleration.
- Pipeline Contribution: Support regional pipeline targets and work with the global demand gen team to align programs to APAC-specific pipeline goals.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and execute lead gen activities across email, digital, ABM, partner campaigns, and events to generate qualified leads and move them through the funnel.
- Marketing Automation: Build and manage campaigns in Marketo; maintain data quality and lead flow in Salesforce.
- Sales Partnership: Act as the primary marketing contact for the India and APAC sales team.
- Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the regional business, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy and prioritization.
- Reporting & Optimization: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance; use insights to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.
