This role involves building relationships with candidates, supporting campus and recruiting efforts, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through effective event coordination and process management.
Responsibilities
- Connect with college students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals
- Develop relationships through outreach, follow-ups, and events
- Serve as a consistent and professional point of contact for candidates
- Help coordinate campus visits, career fairs, and recruiting events
- Maintain relationships with career centers, professors, and student groups
- Represent Vista in a professional, approachable way
- Assist in organizing recruiting events and internship programs
- Ensure materials, scheduling, and logistics are handled effectively
- Help create a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Track candidates and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Support interview scheduling and onboarding coordination
- Partner with leadership to ensure a steady and organized talent pipeline
