Responsibilities

  • Create a candidate experience that reflects Notion
  • Coordinate interviews with care and precision
  • Build strong recruiting foundations

Skills

  • 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you're proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
  • A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
  • Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you'll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
  • You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
  • Experience with Ashby and Workday
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
