We're a well-established online media company with 10+ years of experience in YouTube automation, content production, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable online media systems. We're growing fast — and we need someone who can help us find and hire exceptional people to grow with us.
This isn't a "post a job and wait" role. We're looking for a sharp, proactive recruiter who thinks for themselves, builds better systems, and genuinely enjoys spotting talent before anyone else does. You'll work directly with our CEO and COO and play a real part in shaping the team that builds this company.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Recruiting top talent across multiple roles: YouTube channel managers, script writers, content/research managers, operations support, and more
- Improving (or rewriting) job posts to attract higher-quality applicants
- Screening applicants and filtering out low-effort candidates fast
- Scheduling and conducting first-round screening calls
- Scoring each candidate 1–10 on quality, communication, skill, mindset, experience, reliability, and culture fit
- Filtering 10+ interviews down to the strongest 2–3 candidates
- Passing only the best to the CEO/COO for a second interview
- Improving our hiring SOPs based on what actually works
- Helping with onboarding so new hires understand our expectations and standards
- What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Near-native or native-level written AND spoken English
- Real experience in recruitment, screening, interviewing, and candidate scoring
- Strong judgment — you can read motivation, mindset, skill level, reliability, and long-term potential
- Highly organized — you track applicants, notes, and scores without things slipping
- Comfortable hopping on screening calls
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily workflow
- A proactive mindset — you improve things without being told to
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of YouTube automation, faceless YouTube channels, content production, or online media
- Experience building hiring systems, onboarding flows, or SOPs
- Background hiring for remote teams or content/media companies

- Salary / Payment
- Either full time or commission based on successfull hire.We like good people so we can offer $1000 at the start with growth opportunities to hire based on RESULTS!

- Most filipine time zone as you will be recruiting most people from here.
