Real Estate Photographer (Photo + Drone + 3D) | Part-Time with Full-Time Path - Contract to Hire

HD Showings is an independent real estate media company serving the Tampa Bay market since 2008. We partner with established agents and brokerages who expect a high-end, consistent visual standard across every listing.

We are seeking a professional real estate photographer with proven experience in residential interiors, aerial (drone), and 3D capture. This is a part-time opportunity with a structured path to full-time for candidates who demonstrate consistency, reliability, and alignment with our brand standards.

Compensation & Structure:

This is a commission-based position designed to provide steady, ongoing work. During peak season, typical earnings range from $600–$1,000 per week, with performance-based increases at 6 months and 12 months. Photographers who consistently meet quality and service expectations will have the opportunity to expand into a full-time role.

Role Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering complete real estate media packages, including interior and exterior photography, aerial capture, and 3D tours. You will be expected to maintain consistent exposure, composition, and color accuracy, while adhering to established shooting standards and representing the HD Showings brand professionally on-site.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must have a professional full-frame camera system, an appropriate wide-angle lens for interior work, and a drone operated under a valid FAA Part 107 certification. Experience with 3D capture platforms (Matterport, Zillow 3D, or similar) is required. A strong understanding of natural light and compositional consistency is essential.

Applicants must demonstrate prior experience in real estate or architectural photography, possess reliable transportation, and be capable of working independently while managing a flexible schedule.
