GEICO is a leading insurance company that offers quality coverage and values innovation. They are seeking a RAD Business Systems Analyst to support software development by documenting requirements, developing test plans, and ensuring quality deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Experience eliciting and documenting functional system requirements from project stakeholders
  • Experience developing test plans and executing test scenarios to ensure the highest quality deliverables
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision, perform under pressure and multi-task

Skills

  • Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • A strong analytical ability
  • A willingness to respond to ad hoc requests from customers in a timely manner

  • Experience developing test plans and executing test scenarios to ensure the highest quality deliverables
  • Experience eliciting and documenting functional system requirements from project stakeholders
  • Candidate with or pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field/equivalent experience
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
  • Knowledge of Data Management concepts, including data modeling, architecture and data governance
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile project management practices
