Position Overview: Quality Control Standards Data Analyst
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Team. Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that directly impact our operational success. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Data Collection and Validation: Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on critical data elements. You will ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytical outputs.
- Analysis and Reporting: Assist with developing and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leadership teams. Your insights will inform strategic business decisions.
- Ad-Hoc Research and Response: Help investigate critical ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical responses to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
- Data Visualization and Presentation: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools that support relevant aspects of the analysis, facilitating partner understanding and actionable outcomes.
- Query Development: Assist with developing and distributing complex queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing rhythms and validating the necessity of data requirements.
- Process Improvement Identification: Identify irregularities in processes through reviews and surveys, effectively communicating findings to the team and recommending corrective actions.
- Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and anomalies, providing continuous improvement recommendations.
- Compliance Focus: Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision, supporting our commitment to regulatory adherence and operational excellence.

Essential Qualifications

- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
