The California Public Utilities Commission is seeking a Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst I to perform research and analyses related to broadband and market policy. The role involves gathering, validating, visualizing, and analyzing broadband data to support public purpose programs.

  • Perform a broad range of research and analyses related to broadband, video, and market policy and program implementation
  • Gathering, validating, visualizing, analyzing broadband data
  • Supporting public purpose programs

Skills

  • Eligibility for the classification
  • Experience with analyzing quantitative and qualitative data visually using charts, graphs, tables, maps and other appropriate methods to produce compelling reports and presentations
  • Experience organizing and coordinating projects and working collaboratively with team members
  • Experience promoting or educating others on new policies and/or programs
  • Completed Application Packages including your Examination/Employment Application (STD 678) and applicable or required documents
  • Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
  • Resume is required and must be included
