- *Your Role in Our Mission**
As a Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls from healthcare providers, answering questions and resolving issues related to enrollment, claims, policy, and other healthcare-related topics
- Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Processing calls accurately and efficiently, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded
- Collaborating with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria
- Staying up-to-date on industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service trends to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center
- *What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- *What You Can Expect in This Role**
- Full-time (40 hours a week) position with the possibility of shift work and overtime when necessary
- Remote work from home with a minimum broadband internet connection speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload

The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, with the base pay offered varying depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
