About the Position

Warm Caring Psychotherapy is seeking a per diem clinician to join our growing, supportive, and client-centered practice. This position is ideal for clinicians looking for flexible telehealth work, steady supervision, and gradual caseload building.

Position:

Per Diem Clinician (1099 Independent Contractor)

Telehealth – New York State

Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends welcome)

As a per diem clinician, you will receive referrals as they become available and build your caseload gradually. This model is perfect for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, professionalism, and high-quality client care.

You will receive full support, supervision (if needed), HIPAA-secure communication systems, and practice workflows to follow — allowing you to focus on what you do best: therapy.

⭐️ Responsibilities
• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
• Complete documentation (notes, assessments, treatment plans) within practice-required timeframes
• Attend supervision meetings as required
• Communicate professionally and respond to practice communication within 24 hours
• Follow structured practice workflows and documentation templates
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in all interactions
