Project Manager/Interior Designer

Zoom Casa, LLC is a concierge platform for home sellers that provides solutions to ensure homes sell for top dollar. They are seeking a full-time Interior Designer to manage design projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary contact for real estate agents and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with homeowners and real estate agents
• Convert leads into contracted projects
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Monitor project schedules and budgets
• Facilitate the vendor bidding process and negotiate initial estimates
• Perform detailed evaluations and photos of property
• Coordinate, maintain and build relationships with subcontractors
• Ensure timely and quality completion of design projects
• Provide expert advice on staging and renovations
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the design process
• Understand and exceed customer (internal or external) needs and expectations
• Utilize online tools and mobile apps to manage project timelines

Skills

• 1-2 years of interior design experience
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment (required IN OFFICE & site Visits)
• Must be located near the Los Angeles area
• Proficiency in design software
• Experience in home staging or real estate-related design
