Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, PMP-certified Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation projects for global customers, primarily in the US and Europe.
This role requires a strong background in IT/SaaS project delivery along with a mandatory supply chain background. You will own end-to-end implementation delivery, drive cross-functional coordination, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure successful execution across the project lifecycle.
The role suits someone who is structured, proactive, client-facing, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects, from discovery and planning through go-live and post-implementation support
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, deliverables, and expectations
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, success criteria, and detailed execution plans
Coordinate closely with internal teams including product, engineering, QA, and customer-facing functions to ensure smooth delivery
Proactively identify risks, track issues, maintain project governance artifacts such as RAID logs, and drive timely resolution of blockers
Manage scope changes, shifting priorities, and evolving customer requirements while maintaining delivery quality and timeline discipline
Lead regular status updates, reviews, and communication across global time zones, especially with customers in the US and Europe
Ensure consistent documentation, reporting, meeting cadences, and implementation governance throughout the project lifecycle
Contribute to delivery best practices, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project execution at scale
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
5–10 years of experience in project management
PMP certification is mandatory
Proven experience managing IT/software/SaaS implementation projects
Prior experience working with global customers, especially in the US and/or Europe
Supply chain background is mandatory
Strong understanding of project planning, execution tracking, stakeholder communication, risk management, and change management
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving company environment
Experience in enterprise SaaS delivery, digital transformation, or customer onboarding/go-live projects is preferred
Exposure to life sciences, pharma, biotech, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred
Familiarity with enterprise systems and implementation methodologies is an advantage
Ability to work overlapping hours with US Eastern Time and European business hours is preferred

Work Schedule
We follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks, with employees expected to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month. This helps us support global customers with agility and maintain high delivery standards.
