Presales Executive

This is a remote position.

We are hiring a Presales Executive with 1 to 3 years experience for CoFee, our in-house SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.

What you will do:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the CoFee product.
  




• Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
  




• Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
  




• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
  




• Share product information and resolve basic queries related to features and benefits.
  

What makes you a great fit:

• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
  




• Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.
  




• A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
  




• Basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is a plus.
