Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, seeking Post-Bar Law Clerks/Associates. The role involves joining the firm after sitting for the Bar Exam, receiving training and mentorship, and transitioning to an Associate Attorney position after passing the Bar.


Responsibilities

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
  • Participate in initial client consultations
  • Work as a part of a team in a respectful and growth-oriented environment
  • Learn how to manage your cases from start to finish and represent your clients as the first chair on cases upon licensure

Skills

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school completed by June 2026
  • Registered for the February 2026 OR July 2026 Bar exam
  • Attain a passing score on the MPRE prior to sitting for the Bar exam
  • Submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar
  • Submission of cover letter, law school transcript and responses to candidate questionnaire
  • Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus
  • Mock Trial experience is a plus
