Children's Hospital Colorado is dedicated to providing top-tier healthcare and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance their recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders while aligning with the organization's strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across the organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Post job advertisements and track campaign effectiveness through data analysis and reporting
  • Screen applications and provide qualified applicants to hiring leaders
  • Deliver high-touch service to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Promote and coach on best practices in talent acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal hiring regulations and policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes and participating in recruitment-related projects
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to process talent transactions and resolve related issues

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • One (1) year of professional recruiting experience in one or more areas of recruitment life-cycle; assessing needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and on-boarding
  • Professional recruiting experience, beyond stated requirements, may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement on a year for year basis
