### **The Role**

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven **CFO / COO / Head of Investor Relations** to join as a key member of the founding team.

This role is central to structuring the company’s financial strategy, managing investor relations, and supporting rapid international growth.

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
  • Structure and execute fundraising rounds (family offices, private investors, UHNW)
  • Manage investor communications and reporting
  • Oversee operational performance and scalability
  • Build financial models (cash flow, profitability, valuation scenarios)
  • Optimize margins and capital allocation
  • Support strategic partnerships and deal structuring

  • Strong background in **finance, private equity, venture capital, or family office**
  • Experience in **luxury, high-end brands, or alternative assets** is a strong plus
  • Proven track record in **fundraising and investor relations**
