### **The Role**
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven **CFO / COO / Head of Investor Relations** to join as a key member of the founding team.
This role is central to structuring the company’s financial strategy, managing investor relations, and supporting rapid international growth.

- Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
- Structure and execute fundraising rounds (family offices, private investors, UHNW)
- Manage investor communications and reporting
- Oversee operational performance and scalability
- Build financial models (cash flow, profitability, valuation scenarios)
- Optimize margins and capital allocation
- Support strategic partnerships and deal structuring

- Strong background in **finance, private equity, venture capital, or family office**
- Experience in **luxury, high-end brands, or alternative assets** is a strong plus
- Proven track record in **fundraising and investor relations**

- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Fluent in English and fluent in French
