All Business Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) POS Implementation & Support Technician to support point-of-sale systems in various businesses, primarily restaurants. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting POS systems while ensuring a smooth onboarding and long-term support for clients.
Responsibilities
- Learn and become proficient in the POS systems we support
- Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and peripherals
- Support merchant onboarding, training, and go-live processes
- Provide both remote and onsite support to merchants
- Troubleshoot POS software, hardware, and payment-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and update tickets with clear notes and status
- Assist with staging and preparation of POS systems prior to deployment
- Communicate clearly with merchants to resolve issues efficiently
- Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain a positive client experience
Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
- Experience supporting POS systems (Required)
- Strong communication skills (critical for success in this role)
- Excellent customer service and ability to remain professional under pressure
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working both remotely and onsite
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
- Hospitality or restaurant experience (Preferred)
