Pharmacy and Lab Sales Representative (1099 Commission based Independent contractor)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pharmacy and Lab Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This is a commission only position. This is for a compounding Pharmacy and Lab based in Dallas, Texas. The compounding pharmacy is currently doing non-sterile compounds in Texas and expanding into sterile compounding and the other States. The Lab is doing PGx testing in 43 States. The compounding pharmacy and Lab position is for cash based services only. No insurance billing.

For the compounding pharmacy existing relationships with the following would be beneficial:

1. Med Spa

2. Functional Medicine clinics

3. Primary Care Physician offices

4. Weight loss clinics

5. Family Medicine practices

6. Telemedicine companies

7. Hair loss clinics

8. Colo-rectal clinics

9. OBGYN offices

10. Dermatology practices

11. Urology clinics

12. TRT clinics

Training Requirement:

1. HIPAA

2. Starks Law and Anti-kickback training

Compensation for Compounding Pharmacy and Lab Salesperson:
• Competitive uncapped commission structure

Other Requirements:

1. Salesperson must not be on the OIG exclusion list.

2. Salesperson must have a checking or saving account with the ability to receive a direct deposit.

3. Salesperson must have a social security card with legal residence status in the US and the ability to work in the US legally.

4. Driver’s license or US passport

5. Salesperson must reside in Texas or be able to demonstrate an active and ongoing presence in the Texas healthcare market.
