The Personal Video Teller I role involves providing exceptional service through Interactive Teller Machinery, assisting members with transactions, and utilizing consultative selling techniques to recommend products and services.
Responsibilities
- Displays an engaging, on-screen presence, positive attitude, and effective communication style through video conferencing
- Assists members with a wide variety of transactions, account maintenance, and handles general inquiries and information requests
- Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service to members while processing their transactions. Maintains and balances virtual cash drawer
- Utilizes consultative selling skills to identify member needs and make appropriate recommendations
- Learns and maintains technological skills for the operation of the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)
- Ability to balance and prioritize a variety of tasks and member service issues
- Adheres to all risk mitigation processes and procedures
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years financial institution or retail sales experience
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies, processes, and procedures in a timely manner
- Ability to seamlessly operate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Must possess a professional demeanor and ability to effectively communicate via email and video conference
- Must be available to on-site from 8:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, for initial five weeks of training
- After training, must be available to work 11:05 a.m. to 8:05 p.m. Monday through Friday, including alternating Saturdays 9:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m
- After 90-days, this position may become a hybrid work schedule
- Spanish speaking skills a plus
