About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to help shape and build our campaign strategy across various different channels, including but not limited to paid search, social, video, and affiliate. You will work alongside an establish marketing team, supporting cross-functional brand including FSA Store, HSA Store, and Patiently

Specific responsibilities:

Campaign Execution

Build and launch paid campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels

Monitor performance daily and bring forward both problems and opportunities

Optimize campaigns continuously, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative based on what the data is telling you

Partner with our internal creative team to brief and execute performance-driven ad content

Help manage and grow our creator and influencer program, supporting content pipelines and internal approvals

Data & Analytics

Pull weekly performance reports and translate raw numbers into clear, actionable insights for the broader team

Identify trends across channels and connect the dots between spend and revenue outcomes

What You’ll Need

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing at least one paid channel - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads or similar

Strong analytical skills; comfortable in platforms like Google Analytics and Excel

Highly organized and comfortable operating multiple priorities in a remote environment

Compensation, Benefits and additional details

Health-E Commerce's compensation philosophy is grounded in market data and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across the team. Individuals new to the company should generally expect offers to fall between the entry point and midpoint of the salary range. Our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression.

Compensation: $80,000 - 110,000

Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
