P&C Licensed Customer Service Representatives

They are seeking a licensed Insurance Professional to join their Las Vegas team as a Customer Service Representative, where the individual will manage a diverse book of business and provide exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Clients: Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs
• Be a Technical Expert: Handle policy endorsements, inspections, appraisals, and remarketing with confidence
• Solve Problems: Research and resolve inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy details
• Educate Clients: Guide customers on Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella policies to help them make informed decisions

Skills

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong typing and basic computer skills
• Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• Experience in Personal Lines insurance (sales, servicing, or account management)
• Background in high-volume call centers or fast-paced brokerages
• Progress toward industry certifications like AINS, API, or CPCU
