Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact among R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure clear requirements and business case alignment
  • Work with teams to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape, performing "teardowns" or feature comparisons of rival products
  • Assist in managing the transition of products from active development to mature production and, ultimately, end of life (EOL)
  • Assist in the creation of technical content and documentation to help Marketing and Sales communicate the unique value of Nanometrics' instrumentation

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or small projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • A natural drive to understand 'how things work,' specifically in the realm of hardware, sensors, or signal processing
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely
