Patient Financial Services Coordinator – Hybrid

Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly. They are seeking a full-time Patient Financial Services Coordinator to manage patient balances, collections, and payment plans while assisting with billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors patient balances, collections, and payment plans
• Reviews accounts to determine collection actions
• Answer inbound patient calls regarding outstanding co-payments, deductibles, coinsurances, etc
• Establish payment plans, processes patient payments and refund requests

Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in customer service or related experience
• Investigative, curious and problem-solving mindset
• Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with people from diverse backgrounds
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task between administrative tasks and customer service-related calls
• Insurance, collections, or financial experience preferred
