Job Title: Part-Time Remote Recruiter (Result-Oriented) Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance Experience: 1–3 Years in Recruitment (BFSI/Education sector preferred)
About the Role: EducoHire is looking for a self-motivated Part-Time Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is 100% remote and offers complete flexibility in working hours. Your primary goal is to close 2 joinings per month for our premium banking and education clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for specialized "Pay-for-Placement" banking programs and teacher recruitment roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle via Zoho Recruit.
Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet age, qualification, and financial readiness criteria.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and Business Managers/Clients.
Follow up rigorously until the candidate joins and completes the onboarding process.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in sourcing from LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hinglish.
Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS is a plus.
Target Driven: Ability to consistently deliver a minimum of 2 joinings monthly.
