We are a growing ecommerce business (Wyoming LLC operating in Indiana) looking for a reliable CPA or experienced accountant to support us long-term.
We prefer working directly with one person (not a large firm) who understands our business and can assist us with accounting, taxes, and financial processes.
- Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & accounting (QuickBooks)
- Sales tax & state compliance (Indiana)
- Payroll guidance (Gusto)
- Financial reporting
- Tax filings (federal + state)
- Ongoing tax and financial advice
- Requirements:
- CPA or strong accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Ecommerce experience
- Familiar with multi-state businesses (Indiana a plus)
Compensation:
Flexible — open to hourly or fixed monthly arrangement depending on what works best.
