About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to support outbound sales initiatives. This role is responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team while adhering to a structured script for a technical product.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct outbound cold calls using a provided lead list

  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team

  • Follow a structured script and messaging framework consistently

  • Accurately log all call activities in CRM and tracking tools

  • Update call outcomes (e.g., connected, not interested, booked)

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records






Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow scripts and structured processes
  • Experience using HubSpot (CRM) and Slack
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
