As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and dealerships
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers to convert leads into sales
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights for our dealer clients to improve their online presence
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • *Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • *Requirements**
  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
  • Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
  • Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Gaming experience is preferred
